ECO HVAC SERVICES
Energy superstore has over 12 years experience in servicing and maintaining air conditioning assets ranging from domestic applications up to large commercial multi storey buildings, as well as industrial business parks.
Reducing energy in a building starts with a full energy and water assessment.
Most motors in a building are usually oversized, general maintenance not being carried out correctly and old control gear contributes to high energy consumption. If you add in older facades and windows with no glazing, lack of draft sealers allowing unconditioned outside air infiltrating the building as well as staff who operate their system incorrectly you have a building which is highly in-efficient and produces more wear and tear on mechanical HVAC components

you
to suggest ways to minimize owning and operating costs for the HVAC equipment. This means providing innovative ideas, a fast and efficient response when called upon and clear, accurate documentation of all activities carried out on site. It also means taking responsibility for preventing problems or solving any problems which may arise expediently so that the best outcome can be obtained.
Future upgrades to HVAC units in line with the long term operating strategy may reveal other, more suitable comprehensive maintenance options. These maintenance options will be discussed as the long term upgrade strategy is implemented.
Ultimately, the need for planned and controlled operating costs must be balanced against the performance objectives established for the site. Energy superstore has the expertise and the solutions to continue to deliver the right balance for you.
