Delivery Details & Charges
Please take care when entering your delivery details online. It is your obligation to enter the correct address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to carry the cost of re-shipping your order to the correct address later. You may want to consider having parcels delivered to your work address for ease of collection. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Energy superstore if an order does not arrive. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
We use Australia Post's eParcel delivery system. This requires you to sign for your products on delivery. You should receive your Energy superstore purchase within 1 - 10 working days from the time you made your order.
Picking Up Your Order
Orders can be picked up from our retail showroom at Unit 22, 65-75 captain cook drive Caringbah
Product Availability
If for any reason a product cannot be dispatched within the 1 - 10 working day timeframe, we will inform you by telephone and get the order to you as soon as possible thereafter.
Returns, Exchanges and Faulty goods
If you wish to return your purchase from energy superstore for any reason, please contact us first on 02) 9525 0311 . We will then advise you on how to return the product to us. Any product received without prior notice will not be processed.
If you return goods via an Australia Post Office, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.
Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. Except where required by law, all returned products must be:
1. Unused, unopened and in original condition
2. Undamaged (apart from where damage in initial transit is reason for return)
3. Returned within 14 days of delivery
In the event of a return by you or your recipient due to change of mind, we will exchange or refund in the form of a energy superstore Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate. However, you will pay the postage and handling fee of the return to energy superstore and re-delivery to you. We will not refund the initial postage and handling fee, gift wrapping, and other fees.
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will happily refund the original product price, postage and handling fee, gift wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment once we receive the return. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the postage and handling fee of returning the item to Energy superstore

We endeavour to have all the products you request in stock. Some products we do not always have in stock. Where relevant, this is specified in the product description. You will be contacted within 1 working day if there will be any delays to your order.

At Energy superstore we respect your privacy. We collect the information required to fulfill your order and use your information only for purposes related to the services we provide. We hold your information with the utmost care and security and we do not sell or exchange our customers’ details.

To shop, you need to have the cookies option on your browser turned on. However, once you have finished shopping, you can delete your cookies from your computer if you like. We do not use cookies to retrieve personal information.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
All products remain the property of energy superstore until they have been paid for by you. We are not required to deliver until payment has been received in full. We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects. All warranties and representations are otherwise fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.
Packaging
All Packaging will be via 100% recycled cardboard and protected from any type of damage in transit
Gift packs
We provide a range of gift packs. We are also happy to gift wrap other items where desired. Please contact us with your specific request.
